Harborlites Chorus Open Audition Information
We are excited to invite you to sing with the Harborlites Chorus when we perform on the Masters of Harmony Christmas Show, Saturday, December 3, 2022.
Christmas concert auditions will take place on:
Saturday, September 24th between 10 am and 4 pm
AND
Monday, September 26th between 5 pm and 7 pm
For your audition be prepared to sing a 1-minute song of your choice, a cappella (without accompaniment).
We will be glad to provide a pitch. You will also be asked to perform basic vocal exercises to determine your range and skill level.
The actual audition will only be 15 minutes, but plan on spending 45 minutes with us to finish the process.
Our rehearsals are on Monday evenings from 7-10 pm. Once through the audition process, you will be expected to attend Harborlites rehearsals. If you audition on Sept. 26, please plan to stay for the rehearsal. You do not have to be a member of Harborlites to enjoy singing with us for this Christmas performance; but we do hope that is a choice you consider.
