1 package yellow cake mix
1 6-oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 cup)
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 tbs. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, sour cream, eggs, and water.
Now use the butter to spread a thin coating on the inside of an angel food cake pan. In another bowl, mix together the sugar and the cinnamon. Now put half of the cinnamon sugar in the angel food cake pan and shake it around to adhere to the butter and make a nice coating of butter and cinnamon sugar inside the pan.
Pour the wet mixture into the cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top of cake upon removing from oven.
A bundt pan works too but only fill it 2/3 of the way up or less as it rises.
